Focus the Nation Global Warming Solutions for America
Focus The Nation, an unprecedented educational initiative on global warming solutions, will take place at more than 1,000 universities and colleges in all 50 states on Jan. 31.
NMSU events, sponsored by the Honors College, will be held on Jan. 31, in the Corbett Center Auditorium. NMSU faculty members will be the primary presenters. Students and other attendees can hear speakers, address questions to panel members and see videos.
NMSU faculty may take part as speakers or panel members and can use a portion of class time that week to discuss global warming issues. Faculty who would like to make a presentation or participate in panel discussions should contact professors Connie Falk at cfalk@nmsu.edu, 646-4731, or Tim McKimmie at tim@nmsu.edu, 646-7483.
