Honors College Scholarships

To apply for the Honors College Scholarships (President's Associates Scholarship, Leadership Scholarship, and Crimson Honors Scholarship), you must complete the following steps:

  1. Apply to NMSU. (Go to the Admissions Website).
  2. Make sure that your high school transcripts and test data (ACT or SAT) are sent to NMSU.
  3. If you have been notified of your admittance to NMSU, obtain your Banner ID number. (Go to MyNMSU, choose "Activate"). If you have not been notified of your admission status, please use your Social Security number and continue the application, step 4, below.
  4. Begin the scholarship application

The application deadline for the President's Associates and Leadership scholarships is January 16, 2009. The dealine for the Crimson Honors Scholarship is March 1, 2009.
