Meet the NFI Fellows for Spring 2013!
The New Frontiers Institute at New Mexico State University is a place where scholars, artists, and members of the public come together to explore the important cultural concerns of our community, our region, our nation, and our world. The Institute provides release time to New Mexico State University faculty while serving as Fellows of the Institute, hosts guest lectures, sponsors visual and performing arts events, and offers educational opportunities for the community. The New Frontiers Institute was created in 2012 through an initiative by NMSU Provost Wendy Wilkins to provide opportunities for faculty to develop new ideas and to think creatively about scholarship and the arts. The institute is administered through the Honors College.
