Faculty mentorship takes many forms, from faculty supervising independent research projects to collaborations in labs or on performances and exhibits.

The Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER) hosts many useful resources on mentoring in STEM, including best practices in culturally aware mentoring and examples of mentoring contracts.
