German Academic Exchange Service, Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) Scholarships

The DAAD funds multiple programs for undergraduate study, research, and internships in Germany. Most of them do not require German-language skills!

Undergraduates can choose among these scholarships funding study, senior thesis research and/or internships in Germany (requires affiliation with German host institution):

DAAD Study Scholarship for a year of independent study or a full master’s degree program at a German university.
RISE summer internship program for students in the fields of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Sciences and Engineering.
Funding for summer courses broad range of three- to four-week summer courses at German universities which focus mainly on German language and literary, cultural, political and economic aspects of modern and contemporary Germany.
